Ingredients

2 cups whitefish, smoked
12 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup onion, finely diced
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon garlic
1/2 teaspoons dill weed
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
Optional, for serving:
crackers, of your choice, to taste
toast, of your choice, to taste
rice cakes, of your choice, to taste
rye bread, to taste
bagel chips, to taste

Directions

Step 1

Gently break the smoked fish into bite-sized pieces, and set it aside.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, use a hand mixer to blend the cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, dill weed, salt, and pepper.

Step 3

Chill for 2 hours before serving.

Step 4

Serve the dip with your favorite crackers or dipping foods.
