There are so many layers of rich flavors in Smoked Salmon Dip. With fatty, salty smoked salmon, bright lemon, cream cheese, and tangy Greek yogurt, this dish is going to be the hit of your next party, whether that’s for a crowd or for a party of one! Serve Smoked Salmon Dip with crackers or toasted bread and allow the rich and zesty flavors wash over you. It’s like a seabreeze in dip form you can make in a snap!


Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup sharp white cheddar cheese, finely shredded
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 (1 ounce) package dry guacamole seasoning mix
1-2 tablespoons milk, as needed
4 ounces smoked salmon, skin and bones removed, flaked
2 tablespoons green onions, chopped, plus more for topping

Directions

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, whip the cream cheese until it is light and fluffy.

Step 2

Mix in the cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and seasoning mix, blending it to combine.

Step 3

Add in enough of the milk to reach your preferred consistency.

Step 4

Fold in the salmon and green onions.

Step 5

Optionally, chill the dip for 1 hour to enhance the flavors.

Step 6

Sprinkle more green onions on top and serve with either crackers or crusty baguette slices.
