Slow Cooker Turkey is the perfect way to whip up a perfect Thanksgiving dinner while still keeping stress to a minimum. A few quick steps and a few hours later, you'll have the ultimate moist turkey that's as tender and flavorful as anything coming out of a conventional oven. This main course may be a set-it-and-forget-it kind of meal, but your guests won't be able to set their forks down; they'll love it so much!
Ingredients
• 1 teaspoon dried garlic, minced
• 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
• 1 teaspoon pepper
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 bone-in turkey breast, skin removed (6-7 pounds)
• 1/2 cup water
Directions
Step 1
Mix the garlic, seasoned salt, paprika, Italian seasoning, and pepper.
Step 2
Brush the olive oil onto the turkey, making sure to fully coat it.
Step 3
Then sprinkle the seasoning mix over the turkey.
Step 4
Place the turkey in the pot of a slow cooker. Add the water and cover with the lid.
Step 5
Cook on low for 5-6 hours or until the turkey is tender.
Step 6
Serve!
