Ingredients• 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts • 1/2 pound green beans, fresh, trimmed • 1 1/4 pounds red potatoes, diced • 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice • 1/4 cup olive oil • 1 teaspoon dried oregano • 1 teaspoon salt • 1/4 teaspoon pepper • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder • 2 garlic cloves, minced
Arrange the chicken in the center of your slow cooker.
Place the green beans and the potatoes around the chicken.
In a mixing bowl, whisk to combine the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, oregano, pepper, and minced garlic.
