Bring this Asian restaurant favorite home with a flavorful, easy-to-follow recipe for Slow Cooker Asian Beef & Broccoli. The key to this dish is slow-cooked beef that cooks for up to 4 hours. Add in the broccoli at the end so the veggie steams but retains its crispness and you’ve got a tangy, sweet and savory meal in one dish. Serve Slow Cooker Asian Beef & Broccoli over jasmine rice, and take a break from takeout.
