Ingredients• 2 tablespoons olive oil • 2 pounds pork chops • 1/2 cup water • 1/2 cup barbeque sauce • salt, to taste • pepper, for taste
Drizzle a skillet with the olive oil and heat over medium-high heat on the stove-top.
Place the pork chops in the skillet and sear for 5 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Flip the pork chops.
Season the other side and sear for another 5 minutes.
Add in the water and barbeque sauce.
Cover and simmer on low until cooked through, about 5-10 minutes.
