Add the olive oil to the pot of a pressure cooker.
Set the pressure cooker to the sauté function.
In batches, brown the meat, turning them only once and transferring browned pieces to a plate.
Return the meat to the pressure cooker, along with any juices on the plate.
Add the cream of mushroom soup, onion dip mix, and beef broth, stirring to mix. If your pressure cooker is giving a burn warning, add more beef broth.
Close the lid and set the cooker to high pressure for 15 minutes.
Allow the cooker to release naturally after the end of the cooking process.
Cook the egg noodles in a large pot of salted boiling water to al dente, according to package directions.
Drain the noodles.
Top the egg noodles with the beef and mushroom mixture.
