Ingredients
Directions
With the flat-end of a tenderizer, pound out the pork starting from the center, going out until the cutlets are about 1/4-inch thick.
Season each pork cutlet with salt and pepper.
Prepare 3 dishes for coating the pork cutlets—one with the flour, one with the beaten eggs, and the other with breadcrumbs.
Season each of the bowls with your salt and pepper.
Dip each of the cutlets through the flour on each side, next through the beaten egg, and finally through the breadcrumbs.
Place them on a large plate and repeat with the remaining cutlets.
Then, fill a large skillet with oil until 1/2-inch full, heating it over medium-high temperature to 350 degrees F.
Fry each of the pork cutlets in batches for around 2 to 3 minutes on both sides or until they're a deep, golden brown.
Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate and repeat with the remaining schnitzel.
Serve hot and enjoy!
