Philly Joes
Time: 20 minutes
Yield: 8 servings
This is a true knockout of a lunch or dinner! Philly Joes fuses the melty, meaty masterpiece of Philadelphia cheesesteaks with the tangy, sweet sauce of America's favorite diner-style sandwich, the sloppy joe. The result is even more savory and hearty than either sandwich on its own. It only takes 20 minutes to whip up Philly Joes, so this can be a meal anytime, no matter how crazy your schedule is. It's the eye of the tiger of sandwiches!
