Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Line a baking tray with aluminum foil.
Put the parmesan cheese, ranch dressing seasoning, and 1 tablespoon of the dried parsley leaves onto a large plate or a shallow dish. Use a fork to then mix all of the ingredients fully.
Using another fork, dip each side of the chicken tenders into the melted butter and the parmesan cheese mixture, making sure that all sides are fully coated.
Move the coated chicken tenders onto the prepared lined baking tray, placing the chicken tenders about 1/2 inch apart from each other.
When all of the chicken has been fully coated and put on the baking tray, bake the chicken until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F when checked with a meat thermometer, about 23-35 minutes.
Turn on the broiler and cook the tops of the chicken, keeping a close eye on them and pulling them out when they are golden brown, about 3 minutes.
Move the tenders from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
