Set your oven to broil.

Cut the potatoes into quarters.
In a medium-sized mixing bowl or sheet pan that is sprayed with oil, toss together the potatoes, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of parmesan, 1 minced clove of garlic, 1/2 teaspoon of cracked pepper, salt to taste, and your parsley.
Mix it well to coat all of the potatoes evenly.
Spread out the potatoes evenly onto a sheet pan and then broil them for 6 to 8 minutes, until they just start to brown.
Spread out 1 tablespoon of the olive oil on each side of the steak and salt to your taste.
Spread out the two garlic cloves, then the rest of the pepper.
Add 2 tablespoons of the parmesan onto the steak as well.
Once the potatoes are ready, push them to the side and put the steak next to them.
Mix in the asparagus and then sprinkle them with olive oil, the rest of the parmesan cheese, and a minced garlic clove.
Add the sea salt and pepper to your liking.
Put the pan back into the oven and then broil the steak on both sides for 4 to 6 minutes on each side and then check them for the wanted doneness, medium.
Move the pan out from the oven and then allow it to rest for about 5 to 10 minutes.
Serve with an extra sprinkle of parmesan cheese and enjoy!
