Oreo Cookie Pie is a must-make recipe for any fan of one of the greatest cookies ever invented! This pie doesn’t even require baking; just spread some rich cookies-and-cream ice cream and fluffy whipped topping on a pie crust, and top it with crunchy, sweet crushed cookies! Oreo Cookie Pie is the answer to all your dessert cravings.

Ingredients

1 pint cookies-and-cream ice cream, softened
1 (6-ounce) ready-to-use chocolate crumb pie crust, such as Oreo
1 1/2 cups cold half-and-half
1 (3.9-ounce) package chocolate instant pudding mix

Directions

Step 1

Spread the softened ice cream evenly inside the pie crust.

Step 2

Freeze the pie again for at least 1 hour.

Step 5

Meanwhile, crush 5 of the sandwich cookies.

Step 6

Place the whipped topping in a bowl.

Step 7

Fold the crushed cookies into the whipped topping.

Step 8

Spread the whipped topping mixture evenly over the frozen chocolate pudding layer in the pie crust.

Step 9

Freeze the pie for at least 30 minutes. Meanwhile, crush the remaining 5 cookies.

Step 10

Sprinkle the pie with the remaining crushed cookies.

Step 11

Slice and serve.
