Chunky and smooth peanut butter combines with the richness of cocoa powder and the crunchiness of sea salt for true satisfaction. No-Bake Preacher Cookies make baking as breezy as a pleasant conversation.
Ingredients• 1/2 cup unsalted butter • 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder • 2 cups granulated sugar • 1/2 cup milk • 1/8 teaspoon salt • 3 cups quick-cooking oats • 1/2 cup peanut butter, crunchy • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract • flaky sea salt, optional, for finishing
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium saucepan, over medium heat, combine the butter, cocoa powder, sugar, milk, and salt.
Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally, and cook for about 1 minute.
Remove the mixture from the heat.
Stir in the oatmeal, peanut butter, and vanilla until combined. The mixture should begin to thicken.
Using a spoon or ice-cream scoop, drop about 1-2 tablespoons of the mixture at a time on the prepared baking sheet, flattening them slightly.
Sprinkle each cookie with sea salt and allow them to cool until hardened completely, about 1 hour.
