The Mojito? Try nojito! Mocktail Mojito is an alcohol-free substitute for the classic refreshing brew that’s just as cool (in more ways than one). Minty, sweet, and bubbly, the Mojito Mocktail is exactly what you want when you’re enjoying the summer sunshine. Brew this drink up for a responsible time that’s still fun!


12-14 small mint leaves, plus 1 sprig for garnish
1 ounce lime juice
2 tablespoons brown sugar
ice, enough to fill your desired glass
3/4 tablespoon rum extract, optional, non-alcoholic
4 ounces club soda
limes, optional, cut into wedges, for garnish


Step 1

Add together the mint leaves, the lime juice, and the brown sugar in a tall cocktail glass.

Step 2

Muddle the leaves.

Step 3

Fill the glass with ice.

Step 4

Add the rum extract and the club soda, stirring.

Step 5

Top with the mint sprig and lime to garnish.
