While the best fry cut is one of the great debates of our times, waffle fries certainly rank towards the top of the list. More surface area means more crunch and more satisfying fries overall. Loaded Waffle Fries take advantage of the wide shape to top them with melty sharp cheese, salty bacon bits, and tangy green onions. Seasoned with smoky, savory spices, Loaded Waffle Fries are a pull-apart, lick-your-fingers, go-back-for-more potatoes layered with deliciousness. Taking 30 minutes or less to make, this is a dish you’ll be going back to all the time!

4 cups frozen waffle-cut fries
1 1/2 teaspoons steak seasoning
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons green onions, optional chopped
2 tablespoons bacon bits
