Ingredients

• 3/4 pound chicken breasts, cooked, skinless, boneless, and cut into bite-sized pieces • 1/2 cup celery, raw and finely diced • 1/3 cup unsweetened dill pickles or sweet gherkins, finely diced • 1/4 cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise • 2 tablespoons reduced-fat sour cream • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard • 1 teaspoon lemon juice • 1/2 teaspoon table salt • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper • bread, optional, of your choice, for serving • lettuce, optional, to taste, for serving

Directions
