Ingredients• 1/4 cup fat-free milk • 1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated • 1/4 teaspoon salt • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder • 4 (4-ounce) pork loin chops, boneless • mashed potatoes, optional, for serving • green peas, optional, for serving
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
Place the milk in a shallow bowl.
In a separate shallow bowl, toss the bread crumbs with the parmesan cheese, salt, and garlic powder.
Dip the pork chops in the milk and then coat them in the breadcrumb mixture.
Place the pork chops on the prepared baking sheet and give each a light spray with cooking spray.
