Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Boil the chicken breast for 20 minutes in water.
In a blender, blend together the cooked chicken breast, the egg, and the salt.
Pack small balls of the meat mixture into cookie-cutter shapes of your choice.
Roll the shaped chicken pieces in the breadcrumbs. Alternatively, form the meat mixture into small balls and roll them in the breadcrumbs; shapes are optional.
Place the shapes or balls onto a cookie sheet.
Drizzle the chicken tenders with the butter to make them crispier.
Bake until crispy, about 10 minutes. Flip halfway through if you want both sides crispy.
Remove the chicken from the oven.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
