In a medium bowl, combine the honey, lemon juice, rosemary, and red pepper flakes. Mix well.
Put the chicken in a walled pan or ziplock bag.
Pour the sauce over the chicken, moving the chicken about to ensure every part of the chicken is exposed to the marinade.
Marinate the chicken in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Remove the chicken from the marinade.
Place the chicken in the prepared baking dish.
Bake the chicken until the internal temperature reaches 165 F, about 1 hour.
As it cooks, continue to baste the chicken with the remaining marinade.
Remove the chicken from the heat.
Serve!
