The name "Honey Butter Chicken" just rolls off the tongue with the same luxury and indulgence your tastebuds will experience on the first bite! In fact, the name itself reveals the magic formula to dinnertime amazement: savory chicken sautéed in butter and then slathered in even more rich butter mixed with sweet floral honey. Fragrant poultry seasoning and crunchy bread crumbs add texture and flavor to what is already an astounding taste. Honey Butter Chicken is so easy and quick, any chef of any level can make it, but it tastes like a masterpiece.

For the chicken:
1 large egg, lightly beaten
3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
3/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
4 (6-ounce) chicken breast halves, boneless, skinless

Add 3 tablespoons of butter.

Step 6

Cook the chicken in the melted butter until the chicken reaches 165 degrees F internally, about 4-5 minutes.
