Ingredients
Directions
Slice the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Using a mixing bowl, combine together the salt, onion powder, garlic powder, ground black pepper, paprika, and allspice.
Mix in the chicken pieces.
Coat the chicken in cornstarch, making sure the cornstarch is evenly distributed.
Pour the egg white into a small bowl and the breadcrumbs in another bowl.
Coat each piece of chicken in each bowl, and set aside.
Once you are ready to fry the chicken, heat up the oil over medium heat.
Once the oil reaches about 350-375 degrees F, lightly place the pieces into the oil in batches. Do not add too many pieces at once as this will overcrowd the pan; make sure to work in batches until all of the pieces have been fried.
Deep fry the chicken until it is golden brown.
Move the chicken pieces onto a piece of paper towel to drain off the excess oil.
Serve and enjoy with a dipping sauce.
