Overpriced store-bought kale chips can't hold a candle to Homemade Kale Chips. How could they? The homemade treats are tastier, crunchier, and cheaper – it's a win-win-win all around! Each bite of these crispy chips is savory enough to satisfy your snack craving, and you can make big batches to save for any time you're feeling peckish. Homemade Kale Chips are completely customizable too! Just season them with whatever you want for a treat that's unique to your tastes!


Ingredients

1 bunch kale
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt, to taste
other seasonings, optional, of your choice, to taste

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F.

Step 2

Remove any thick stems from the kale. Tear up the leaves.

Step 3

Wash the kale if it is not pre-washed, then dry it thoroughly.

Step 4

Place the kale in a bowl.

Step 5

Drizzle it with olive oil until it is lightly coated, tossing as needed.

Step 6

Season the kale with salt and your favorite seasonings.

Step 7

Spread the kale out on baking sheets.

Step 8

Bake the kale in the oven until crispy, about 20-30 minutes.

Step 9

Serve hot.
