Finding a salmon recipe that doesn't entirely dry out your fillet can be tough. This recipe is different! Enjoy a flavorful fish with these Herb-Roasted Salmon Fillets in just 30 minutes.
Ingredients
• 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each) • 4 garlic cloves, minced • 1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed • 1 tablespoon olive oil • 2 teaspoons minced fresh thyme or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme • 3/4 teaspoon salt • 1/2 teaspoon pepperDirections
Step 1
Set your oven to 425 degrees F. Prepare a 10” x 15” baking dish by greasing the bottom.
Step 2
In a small bowl, combine the garlic, rosemary, olive oil, thyme, salt and pepper.
Step 3
Place the salmon fillets, skin side down, into the greased baking pan. Spread the oil mixture evenly over the fillets.
Step 4
Roast in the oven to desired doneness, 15-18 minutes. Enjoy!
