Ingredients• 12 slices white bread, cubed • 1 pound ham, cooked and cubed • 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded • 6 eggs • 3 cups milk • 1/2 cups butter, melted • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
Spray an oven-proof dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Layer 1/2 of the bread, 1/2 of the Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese, and 1/2 of the ham in the baking dish.
Repeat the layers with the remaining bread, Monterey Jack, cheddar, and ham.
In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, milk, and melted butter.
Pour the egg mixture evenly over the contents in the baking dish.
Refrigerate the strata for at least 2 hours or up to overnight.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Sprinkle the dish with the chopped green onions.
Bake for 45-50 minutes.
