Grilled Steak Kebabs is the perfect easy main course to prepare for dining al fresco! This dish is simple to assemble and throw on the grill, and it is packed with deliciousness. The steak is marinated with olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, and pepper for savory, mouthwatering flavor. Ingredients

1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
3 cloves garlic minced
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 pounds sirloin steak cut in 1-inch cubes
1 red bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces
1 orange bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces
1 green bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces
1 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
8 12-inch metal skewers

Directions

Step 1

Mix the olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, and pepper in a bowl.

Step 2

Combine the cut steak with the mixture and stir to glaze.

Step 3

After covering, let the steak marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes to an hour.

Step 4

Alternate between putting steak, bell pepper, and onion pieces on skewers.

Step 5

Barbecue the skewers at medium heat.

Step 6

Rotate frequently until all sides of the steak are browned and vegetables are tender, approximately 12-15 minutes.

Step 7

Serve and enjoy!
