Ingredients• 1/4 cup olive oil • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar • 4 cloves garlic, crushed • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped • salt, to taste • black pepper, to taste • 8 (1 inch thick) pork chops
Combine the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, rosemary, salt, and black pepper in a shallow pan.
Add the pork chops and toss well with the mixture to coat evenly.
Let the pork marinate in the mixture refrigerated for 4 hours, then return to room temperature before grilling.
Grill over medium-high heat for about 20 minutes.
