Prepare the macaroni and cheese, using a purchased package, a homemade recipe, or even a pre-made option from your grocery store.

Step 2

Spread 1/2 tablespoon of the butter spread on each slice of bread.

Step 3

Place 1 cheese slice on top of each un-buttered side of the bread.

Step 4

Spread half of the macaroni and cheese on each of the un-buttered slices of the bread.

Step 5

Place the slices of bread together, forming two sandwiches with the butter spread on the outside.

Step 6

Heat a frying pan on the stove over medium heat.

Step 7

When the pan is hot, place both sandwiches in the pan and cook the buttered sides until golden brown and the cheeses have melted, about 4 minutes.

Step 8

Serve immediately.
