Grandma always told us that the best desserts are simple, easy, delicious, and obviously made with love. Grandma's Corn Pudding proves just how right she is! This golden treat highlights the sweet, buttery flavors of corn with even more sugar and butter, creating a rich and creamy dessert perfect for the holidays. With a few kernels for a delightful texture, it has a harvest season warmth and heartiness that makes every mouthful exciting and filling. It's like an extra bit of sunshine on Thanksgiving day!

5 eggs
1/3 cup butter, melted and cooled
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup milk
4 tablespoons cornstarch
1 (14-ounce) can corn kernels, drained
2 (14.75-ounce) cans cream-style corn

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 2

Grease a 2-quart casserole dish or an 8x8-inch baking pan.

Step 3

In a large bowl, lightly beat the eggs.

Step 4

Add the melted butter, sugar, and milk. If the melted butter is too hot it could cook the eggs and ruin the pudding, so make sure it is fully cooled before mixing it in.

Step 5

Add the cornstarch and whisk.

Step 6

Add the corn kernels and cream-style corn and stir until fully combined.

Step 7

Pour the mixture into the greased casserole dish or baking pan.

Step 8

Bake for 1 hour.

Step 9

Serve warm!
