You simply can't go wrong with a classic cocktail like Gin & Tonic. The bittersweet flavor of the tonic balances the floral, fruity notes of the gin for a wonderful blend of tastes. Add in a little citrus brightness and you have a refreshing brew ideal for cooling you down in hot weather! Gin & Tonic is speedy, easy, and breezy!


Ingredients

2 ounces gin
3-5 ounces tonic water
ice cubes, enough to fill a glass
1 lime wedge, optional, for garnish

Directions

Step 1

Pour the gin and tonic water into a glass filled with ice cubes.

Step 2

Stir the mixture gently with a spoon.

Step 3

Garnish with a lime and squeeze lime juice into the cocktail before serving.
