Fruity rosé is infused with bright lemon juice and sweet, summery, homemade strawberry syrup. Whether you make this drink for yourself or to share with your friends and family, Frosé will add some thirst-quenching sweetness to your day!
Pour the bottle of rosé into a 9x13-inch pan.
Freeze the pan for at least 6 hours, or until almost solid.
Combine the sugar and the water in a medium saucepan on the stove-top.
Bring the sugar water to a boil, stirring constantly until the sugar is dissolved and a simple syrup forms.
Add the strawberries to the syrup and remove the saucepan from the heat.
Let the strawberries sit for 30 minutes.
Strain the mixture through a fine strainer without pressing on the solids.
Cover and chill the strawberry syrup until cold.
Add the frozen rosé, the lemon juice, 3 1/2 ounces of the strawberry syrup, and 1 cup ice to the blender.
Purée the ingredients until smooth.
Freeze the mixture until the frosé is thickened, about 25-35 minutes.
Blend again until you achieve the desired slushy thickness.
Serve the frosé in the desired glasses!
