Fluffy eggs are mixed with smoky ham, melted cheese, and fresh green onions, and enveloped by a crispy pie crust. Easy Ham Quiche is so delicious and low-effort, you’d think it took hours to make!

Ingredients

1 refrigerated pie crust
8 large eggs
1 cup milk or cream
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup ham, cooked and chopped
1 1/2 cups cheese, of your choice, shredded, and divided
3 tablespoons green onions, sliced

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2

Unroll the pie crust and press it into a 9-inch pie plate. Make sure to crimp the top of the edges.

Step 3

Optionally, you can bake the pie crust for 15 minutes for a crispier bottom.

Step 4

In a large mixing bowl, combine together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper using a whisk.

Step 5

Add the ham, 1 cup of the cheese, and the green onions into the pie crust.

Step 6

Pour the egg mixture over the top of the other ingredients in the pie crust.

Step 7

Sprinkle the top of the egg mixture with the remaining cheese.

Step 8

Bake the quiche until the crust is a light golden brown, about 25 minutes.

Step 9

Cover the dish with aluminum foil to prevent any unwanted added browning.

Step 10

Bake until the center of the quiche is completely cooked, about 10-15 minutes.

Step 11

Let the dish cool for about 5-10 minutes.

Step 12

Slice and serve!
