Easy Grilled Pork Chops take all the fear, worry, and potential error out of making delicious pork; no more worrying about whether it's overcooked or undercooked or whether you have the right spice blend. Instead, you have juicy cuts of savory meat with a lightly herby seasoning on both sides. What's more, Easy Grilled Pork Chops require no marinating time, so you can whip them up whenever it suits you. Dinner is rarely this deliciously straightforward!

Ingredients

For the house seasoning:
1/4 cup garlic powder
1/4 cup kosher salt
1/4 cup dried parsley
1/4 cup dried minced onion
1/4 cup dried basil
For the pork chops:
4 pork chops, thick-cut, boneless
8 teaspoons olive oil, to taste

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Step 2

Mix the garlic powder, kosher salt, dried parsley, onion, and basil together.

Step 3

Pat the meat dry. Rub each side of the chops with 1 teaspoon of olive oil and 1/4 teaspoon of the seasoning.

Step 4

Brush the grates with oil.

Step 5

Place the meat on the grill until the meat reads 145 degrees F internally, about 5-6 minutes per side.

Step 6

Let rest for 5 minutes. Serve.
