Easy Grilled Pork Chops

Easy Grilled Pork Chops take all the fear, worry, and potential error out of making delicious pork; no more worrying about whether it's overcooked or undercooked or whether you have the right spice blend. For the house seasoning:
1/4 cup garlic powder
1/4 cup kosher salt
1/4 cup dried parsley
1/4 cup dried minced onion
1/4 cup dried basil
For the pork chops:
4 pork chops, thick-cut, boneless
8 teaspoons olive oil, to taste


Step 1

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Step 2

Mix the garlic powder, kosher salt, dried parsley, onion, and basil together.

Step 3

Pat the meat dry. Rub each side of the chops with 1 teaspoon of olive oil and 1/4 teaspoon of the seasoning.

Step 4

Brush the grates with oil.

Step 5

Place the meat on the grill until the meat reads 145 degrees F internally, about 5-6 minutes per side.

Step 6

Let rest for 5 minutes. Serve.
