Easy Brown Sugar Glazed Salmon is, as the name suggests, an easy recipe that will spice up your fish cooking skills! This sweet and simple recipe cooks up in minutes! The fish comes out of the oven perfectly flaky and full of flavor. Easy Brown Sugar Glazed Salmon is a delicious baked dish that pairs perfectly with any side of your choosing!


1 (1 pound) salmon fillet
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoons brown sugar
4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon rice vinegar


Step 1

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

Step 2

Cut the salmon into 4 equal parts.

Step 3

Gently place the salmon pieces into a foil-lined pan.

Step 4

Season the salmon with the salt and pepper.

Step 5

Bake the salmon for 10 minutes.

Step 6

Remove the salmon from the oven.

Step 7

Preheat the broiler.

Step 8

In a small saucepan over medium heat, mix the brown sugar, Dijon mustard, soy sauce and rice vinegar.

Step 9

Bring the sauce mixture to a small simmer.

Step 10

Once heated, brush the sauce over the salmon very gently.

Step 11

Place the salmon 6 inches from the top of the oven and broil until the salmon just begins to flake easily with a fork, about 1-2 minutes.
