Ingredients• 6 pork chop cutlets • 1 teaspoon garlic powder • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour • 2 large eggs, beaten • 2 cups dry bread crumbs • 1/4 cup olive oil
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Season the pork chops with garlic powder and seasoning salt.
Dredge the chops in the flour, shaking off any excess.
Dip the floured chops in the beaten eggs and then in the breadcrumbs.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Once the oil is shimmering, add in the pork chops and cook until the breading is browned, about 5 minutes per side.
Transfer the pork chops to a 9x13-inch baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.
Bake until the pork is cooked through, about 60-90 minutes. The pork should read 145 degrees F in the center with a meat thermometer.
