Ingredients
• 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 2 russet potatoes, scrubbed and cut into eighths
Directions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Step 2
Combine the parmesan, olive oil, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, and salt together in a small bowl.
Step 3
Pour the parmesan mixture into the resealable plastic bag.
Step 4
Add the potato wedges to the bag, sealing it and shaking it.
Step 5
Place the coated potato wedges on a baking sheet.
Step 6
Bake until fork-tender, about 25 minutes.
