Diner-Style Potato Wedges are exactly that side: fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside, with a herbaceous and cheesy coating. Ingredients

1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 russet potatoes, scrubbed and cut into eighths

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

Step 2

Combine the parmesan, olive oil, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, and salt together in a small bowl.

Step 3

Pour the parmesan mixture into the resealable plastic bag.

Step 4

Add the potato wedges to the bag, sealing it and shaking it.

Step 5

Place the coated potato wedges on a baking sheet.

Step 6

Bake until fork-tender, about 25 minutes.

Step 7

Serve.
