Chicken on the Ritz is crusted with a buttery, salty cracker crust enveloping a tender, savory center of chicken. With a layer of creamy soup and tangy sour cream underneath the cracker crust, Chicken on the Ritz really puts on a show for your tastebuds. You’ll be singing its praises every chance, and every bite, you get!
Ingredients
• 1 (10 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken with herbs soup
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1/2 cup green onion, sliced
• 3 cups rotisserie chicken, cooked, deboned, and shredded
• 2 sleeves salted snack crackers, crushed
• 1/2 cup (1 stick) salted butter, melted
Directions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2
Spray a 9x9 inch square baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Step 3
In a large bowl, mix together the soup, sour cream, and green onion.
Step 4
Stir in the chicken, and spread the mixture into the prepared dish.
Step 5
In that same bowl, combine the crushed crackers with the melted butter.
Step 6
Sprinkle the cracker mixture over the casserole.
Step 7
Bake until the cracker topping is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly, about 25-30 minutes.
Step 8
Serve hot!
