Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat on the stove-top, melt the butter.
Add the chicken to the skillet.

Sauté the chicken until it is cooked through, registering 165 degrees F in the thickest part, about 5 minutes on each side.
