Ingredients• 1 3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs, crushed • 1/4 cup butter, melted • 1/3 cup sugar, divided • 1 (8-ounce) package of cream cheese, softened • 2 cups whipped topping • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla • 1 (28-ounce) can of cherry pie filling
Grease a 9x9-inch baking pan with butter.
In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1 tablespoon sugar.
Spread the crumb mixture on the bottom of the prepared pan to form a crust.
Beat the softened cream cheese into the whipped topping, adding a little at a time and beating between each addition.
Add the remaining sugar and vanilla into the cream cheese mixture until well blended.
Smooth the cream cheese mixture on top of the crust.
Top with the cherry pie filling.
Chill for at least 3 hours and up to overnight.
