Cheesy Meatloaf Cups

This recipe for Cheesy Meatloaf Cups combines all the best elements of pizza (meat, sauce, and cheese) into a bite-size dish that can be baked in a muffin tin. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Mix the egg, pizza sauce, bread crumbs, and Italian seasoning in a large bowl.
Add the beef, and mix lightly but thoroughly.
Divide the mixture into 12 portions, then press each portion onto the bottom and up sides of a greased muffin cup.
Add the cheese to the centers.
Bake them until the meat is cooked through, about 15-18 minutes.
Top them with additional sauce and basil before serving.
