Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray a 9x11-inch baking pan with nonstick spray.
Combine the cake mix, vegetable oil, egg, and milk into a bowl, mixing with a hand mixer.
Add the sprinkles and white chocolate chips, continuing to mix until fully combined.
Spoon the batter from the bowl into the prepared baking pan.
Sprinkle a few more of the rainbow sprinkles on top.
Bake until the edges are slightly brown, about 25-30 minutes.
Allow to cool completely and serve.
