Cake Batter Brownies

The choice between cake and brownies was a difficult choice—emphasis on "was." Cake Batter Brownies is the best of both worlds, with the fudgy texture of brownies and the festive fun flavors of birthday cake in each bite. Made extra delightful with melty and sweet white chocolate chips, Cake Batter Brownies will get your taste buds in a celebratory mood! Make sure you have plenty of colorful sprinkles to make dessert extra vibrant!


1 box confetti cake mix
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles, plus more for sprinkling
1/2 cup white chocolate chips


Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2

Spray a 9x11-inch baking pan with nonstick spray.

Step 3

Combine the cake mix, vegetable oil, egg, and milk into a bowl, mixing with a hand mixer.

Step 4

Add the sprinkles and white chocolate chips, continuing to mix until fully combined.

Step 5

Spoon the batter from the bowl into the prepared baking pan.

Step 6

Sprinkle a few more of the rainbow sprinkles on top.

Step 7

Bake until the edges are slightly brown, about 25-30 minutes.

Step 8

Allow to cool completely and serve.
