1 ounce light rum
1 ounce blue Curacao liqueur
2 ounces pineapple juice
1 ounce cream of coconut
1 cup crushed ice
1 pineapple slice, optional, for garnish
1 maraschino cherry, optional, for garnish


Step 1

Combine the rum, blue Curacao, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and 1 cup of crushed ice in a blender.

Step 2

Puree at high speed until the mixture is smooth.

Step 3

Pour the drink into a chilled highball glass.

Step 4

Garnish the glass with a slice of pineapple and a maraschino cherry.
