Ingredients

4 chicken breasts, skinless, boneless, and halved
1 lime, juiced
1 (12 ounce) can light-colored beer
1 teaspoon honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
oil, for the grill grates

Directions

Step 1

Place the chicken in a dish where it will be able to marinate.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, combine the lime juice, beer, honey, garlic, cilantro, salt, and pepper until the honey is fully dissolved and incorporated.

Step 3

Pour the mixture over the chicken, cover, and marinate for 30 minutes.

Step 4

Preheat the grill to medium heat and oil the grates.

Step 5

Remove the chicken from the marinade, shaking off any excess.

Step 6

Grill until fully cooked through and tender, about 7 minutes on each side.

Step 7

Serve immediately.
