These are not your traditional steak skewers! Balsamic Steak Skewers add in a sweet, tangy, deeply savory marinade unlike any other! In a mixing bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, barbecue sauce, and mustard to combine.
Remove 1/4 cup of the marinade and set it aside for basting.
Add the cubed steak to the remaining marinade, tossing to coat.
Allow the steak to marinate for at least 3 hours.
Prepare the grill gates by spraying with non-stick cooking spray or coating with oil.
Preheat the grill to medium heat.
Thread the steak and the tomatoes onto wood or metal skewers.
Grill the skewers, covered, until the meat reaches at least 135 degrees F, about 8-9 minutes. Turn and baste occasionally during the last 3 minutes.
Serve immediately.
