Baked Southwest Chicken

It’s perfectly seasoned and deliciously decorated with beans, corn, green chiles, bell pepper, and cheese! Set the oven to 375 degrees F.
In a small mixing bowl, combine together the garlic powder, cumin, pepper, and salt. Then, set it aside.
In another bowl, mix the black beans, green chiles, red bell pepper, and chopped cilantro together. Set it aside.
Lay the chicken breasts flat in a large oven-safe dish.
Sprinkle both sides with the seasonings.
Spread the corn mixture on the chicken, and top with the cheese.
Cover the chicken with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
Uncover, and continue to cook for another 25 to 35 minutes, until the chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
