1 cup apricot preserves
1 cup French dressing
1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
12 chicken thighs, boneless and skinless


Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2

Using a medium-sized mixing bowl add in the preserves, dressing, and the soup mix, mixing until combined.

Step 3

Place the chicken pieces into a 9x13-inch oven-safe dish.

Step 4

Spoon the apricot mixture over the chicken.

Step 5

Bake the dish uncovered until the chicken is cooked through, about 50-60 minutes.

Step 6

Serve hot!
