Ingredients• 4 pork chops, bone-in • salt, to taste • ground black pepper, to taste • 1 tablespoon olive oil • 3 tablespoons butter, divided • 2 sprigs plus 1 tablespoon thyme, chopped and stems removed • 6 cloves garlic, minced or chopped
Season the pork chops as desired with salt and pepper.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add the pork chops, along with 2 tablespoons of the butter and the thyme sprigs.
Cook until the outside is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of the butter, the garlic, and the chopped thyme to the skillet.
Drizzle the sauce over the pork chops, flipping and repeating until the pork is cooked to 145 degrees F, about 1-2 minutes per side.
Serve the pork chops with your favorite sides.
