The evening is hectic, you’re trying to juggle everything, and you just want dinner but don’t want to spend an hour working over the stove. 15-Minute Chicken gets food you’ll love on the table faster than any delivery driver could ever dream of matching. The flavor is herbaceous and savory and juicy, so just because it only takes 15 minutes doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice flavor. You can serve 15-Minute Chicken with any side dishes that strike you as quick or delicious, or you can eat it on its own. Don’t let business stop you from enjoying your night!


Ingredients

2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 pounds chicken thigh, boneless and skinless

Directions

Step 1

Combine the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, black pepper, and kosher salt.

Step 2

Rub the seasoning mix into the chicken until well-coated.

Step 3

Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.

Step 4

Add the olive oil.

Step 5

Place the chicken into the skillet and cook, undisturbed, for 5 minutes.

Step 6

Flip the pieces over and cook until the chicken is fully cooked at 165 degrees F and the juices run clear, about 3-5 minutes.

Step 7

Serve warm!
