2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 pounds chicken thigh, boneless and skinless


Step 1

Combine the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, black pepper, and kosher salt.

Step 2

Rub the seasoning mix into the chicken until well-coated.

Step 3

Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.

Step 4

Add the olive oil.

Step 5

Place the chicken into the skillet and cook, undisturbed, for 5 minutes.

Step 6

Flip the pieces over and cook until the chicken is fully cooked at 165 degrees F and the juices run clear, about 3-5 minutes.

Step 7

Serve warm!
